We are shrimp farmers, liberating lives!

Since September 1st, an exciting conservation journey took place along the shores of our region, led by CVC-GOLF. In a world where biodiversity faces growing threats, the hawksbill turtle emerges as a powerful symbol of hope and resilience. This species is classified as 'Vulnerable' according to the International Union for Conservation of Nature's Red List of Threatened Species and requires more intense and dedicated protection now more than ever.

Since 1987, shrimp companies have played a crucial role in this mission, demonstrating their commitment to sustainability and marine conservation. In 2016, the project received a significant boost through our incorporation, in an alliance that has further strengthened collective efforts.

This year, thanks to the support of Grupo Elcatex Honduras and CVC-GOLF, we have achieved a remarkable milestone: the release of 24,173 hawksbill turtle hatchlings into the sea. Each little being released symbolizes a promise of life and a vital contribution to the continuity of their species.
