Resounding success in the conservation of dolphin turtles!
Our dolphin turtle conservation project, in collaboration with CVC-GOLF, has achieved impressive results this year. Thanks to patrolling, incubation and release efforts, we have achieved a survival rate of more than 90% of the eggs sown.
In this season, 16,067 eggs were planted in 178 nests, distributed in the 5 camps. To date, we have already released more than 4,067 small turtles into the sea, an achievement that fills us with pride and hope for the future of this species.
The release will continue until November 10, when we will welcome the latest newborns to the ocean. This project is not only a triumph for the conservation of dolphin turtles in Honduras, but also an example of how collaboration between institutions and companies can make a difference.

The new health center of La Criba, a reality!
The community of La Criba already enjoys a new health center, thanks to the support of the FHRE and the Xunta de Galicia. This modern space offers medical, dental and gynecological consultations, as well as treatment for chronic diseases. More than 3,000 people now have access to quality medical care close to home!

At El Triunfo, we are committed to the oral health of our children. Through our campaign, we have reached 827 students from preschool to fourth grade in 24 educational centers, delivering personalized dental kits and providing educational talks.
Why is it so important to take care of your teeth from an early age? Because good oral health promotes healthy growth, prevents infections and contributes to a better quality of life! With these kits and the teachings of our professionals, children learn to brush properly, floss and visit the dentist regularly.

A container full of life: Essential medicines for Honduras
Thanks to a new donation from MAP International, valued at more than 3.2 million dollars, our country has received a valuable shipment of essential medicines. This eighth container, which includes a wide variety of medicines and medical equipment, represents a milestone in our commitment to improve access to health, especially in the most vulnerable communities.
With this donation, we are strengthening our health system and ensuring that more Hondurans have access to timely and quality treatments. These medicines will be distributed strategically in 29 health centers nationwide, benefiting thousands of people.
This alliance with MAP International is an example of how international cooperation can make a difference in people's lives. Together, we are building a healthier future for Honduras.
Strengthening health in rural communities in Honduras!
Thanks to the support of the Xunta de Galicia and the FHRE, we are transforming medical care in 10 rural communities of La Criba, San Lorenzo. The project, started in September 2023, focuses on improving people's quality of life through the continuous training of health professionals.
Last Saturday, 50 general practitioners from Choluteca and Valle participated in a free training day on crucial topics such as dermatology, gynecology, pain management and cerebrovascular diseases. This knowledge will allow doctors to diagnose and treat their patients more effectively, especially in areas with limited resources.
With this initiative, we are ensuring that more people have access to quality health services near their homes.
