Olive Ridley Turtle Release

In support of the Gulf of Fonseca Environmental Verification and Control Commission (CVC-GOLF), FUNDESUR maintains its commitment to carry out efforts to ensure the conservation of this beautiful sea turtle species (Lepidochelys olivacea). A total of 1,330 hatchlings have been released at El Venado beach, Marcovia. For the fifth consecutive year, the Foundation is pleased to be part of this rewarding and noble environmental work.
